• We aim to produce high-quality outcomes, but we cannot ensure specific results, i.e., rank positions or conversion rates.
• Clients should offer required materials, access, and approvals within stipulated times to prevent delays.

3. Payment Terms

• Terms of payment are defined in each service contract and should be complied with.
• Delayed payments can lead to penalties, suspension of service, or extra fees.
• All charges are non-refundable except as specified in a special agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients shall give accurate information and shall not commit any acts of fraud or deception.
• Clients are accountable for the information they give, making sure that it does not violate any intellectual property rights.
• Any delays on the client's part (e.g., failure to respond, delayed submission of requested materials) could affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon payment in full, clients have ownership of the final deliverables, with the exception of third-party materials, which are the property of their respective owners.
• Digihub Group has the right to utilize completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified.

6. Confidentiality

• The two parties will keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared throughout the project.
• Confidentiality duties continue to hold even after services are terminated.

7. Termination & Cancellation

• Both parties can terminate the contract with advance written notice as mentioned in the service agreement.
• Digihub Group has the right to end services in situations involving non-payment, contract violation, or unethical business conduct.
• All due payments need to be cleared prior to termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Digihub Group is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the usage of our services.
• We do not hold responsibility for the actions of third parties, such as search engines, social media sites, or ad networks.

9. Amendments & Updates

• These Terms & Conditions can be amended at any time. Substantial changes will be notified to clients.
• Ongoing usage of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
